functional position specific training. Imagine having an international
coach as your personal coach for your team an entire week.!! . Team
tactics are one of the specialties within East Coast Field Hockey

play.
Hockey Conditioning Camp: East Coast Field Hockey's newest camp is the Hockey Conditioning Camp, it's like boot camp for field hockey. The camp will be directed by both a conditioning coach and hockey coaches. This camp is geared to conditioning specifically for field hockey. This camp will encompass 2 1/2 hour morning conditioning sessions incorporating hockey speed training, explosive power, strength training specifically for hockey, agilities, plyometrics and related conditioning specifically to enhance your personal hockey game. Many of the conditioning activities in the morning session will be done with your hockey stick.
The 2 1/2 hour afternoon sessions encompass hockey exercises, and drills you'll probably recognize, designed to make substantial developments in your hockey skills; in and during high speed training. We'll develop both your aerobic and anaerobic hockey fitness. You'll have to train and play at an enormously fast pace to successfully complete the afternoon training sessions.
Evening sessions are more typical of what you might expect during field hockey summer camps as you play at least 2 hockey matches a night.
Players who want to condition for your fall field hockey season, increase your speed of play both mentally and physically, all while you achieve a fantastic level of hockey fitness for either your college or high school, this is the perfect camp for you. This camp has a minimum of 24 players and a maximum of 48 players and there are no age or grade requirements to enroll.
